Soldering – challenges in practice
The first Technology Day offers a one and a half hour seminar entitled "Implementation of a low melting point soldering alloy in electronics assembly". The second Technology Day will continue with two three-hour seminars on "Reliability of Solder Joints" and "DFM for Advanced Soldering Technology".
Substrates – important carriers for components
Parallel to the soldering seminars, the second Technology Day offers informative seminars on the substrate technologies. In a one and a half-hour seminar, participants will learn more about “Recent Advancements in Thin and Thick Film Technology”.
Special Sessions and Welcome Party
In addition to the four English Seminars, four Special Sessions will offer expertise on the respective topics. The attendance of the sessions is included for the seminar participants, as well as the visit of the exhibition and entrance to the Welcome Party on 7 May 2019.
