As a technical specialist with lots of ideas and master of your trade, are you interested in passing on your knowledge and practical experiences? If so, then consider submitting an abstract on your company’s latest advances in materials and technologies, possible problems and their solutions as well as specific applications with reference to quality and reliability. Your abstract should be on one of the following topics:
- Soldering technologies
- Substrate technologies
- Adhesive technologies
The right format for you
The options are a practically based Seminar or a future oriented Special Session.
The Seminars will offer in-depth technical knowledge with a specialist focus (e.g. connecting technologies) and highlight practical examples and collaborative solutions.
These will run for 1.5 or 3 hours.
We are looking for abstracts on interesting future and market trends, the latest facts and figures, production experiences, benchmarking and the latest research results.
These will run for 25 minutes.

Duration: 1.5 or 3 hours (including 30 minute coffee break)

- List of all contributing authors and co-speakers
- Precis for the online program (up to 500 characters including spaces)
All complete papers submitted on time will be presented to the Committee for selection. Deadline: 12 December 2018
The selection criteria include: content, topicality and relevance for the topic days.
Once the Call for Papers has passed, you will be advised of the Committee’s decision.
