SMTconnect goes digital 2020: exciting program with extensive networking options
The program of the SMTconnect goes digital, which takes place from 28 – 29 July 2020, is now almost complete. Well-known representatives from the industry, including the VDMA, ZVEI and the Fraunhofer IZM, will be on board. In addition to the latest developments in the field, participants can expect unique networking features and exciting presentations on electronics manufacturing.
SMTconnect 2020 goes digital: New format with multiple features
The digital edition of the SMTconnect takes place from 28. – 29.07.2020 and will be presented via the online platform Talque. The format opens up new possibilities for exhibitors and visitors to stay in touch and expand their professional network.
SMTconnect 2020 will take place digitally due to the coronavirus pandemic
Due to the increasing spread of Covid-19 in Europe and the associated ban on all major German events up to and including the end of August, the SMTconnect 2020 has been cancelled. The event in Nuremberg had previously been postponed from May to 28 – 30 July 2020 and will now take place again next year. Currently, efforts are being made to offer a digital alternative to industry exchange with virtual formats.
Accreditation for the SMTconnect 2021 takes place on-site at the entrance "NCC Ost". Advance accreditation is not required to visit Mesago events.
At the press center (located at the entrance "NCC Ost", level one), you’ll find modern, technical facilities that will aid you in your reporting:
- Wireless Internet access throughout the center
- Six PC workstations
- Four laptop workstations
- A printer at each workstation
