Ulf Oestermann is an engineer for microsystems technology and works at the Fraunhofer Institute for Reliability and Microintegration IZM. His main areas of expertise are project acquisition, project management AVT, SMT and the organization of the "Future Packaging" exhibition booth. He is a business unit developer and is responsible for the establishment and operation of the special laboratory for prototype development "Start-a-Factory".
