On-site stand personnel require exhibitor passes for admission to the event. More information can be found here.
Depending on the size of your stand, you will receive a certain number of free exhibitor passes for your stand personnel, which authorize access to the SMTconnect.
The number of passes you are entitled to can be viewed in the Ticket Service for Exhibitors on the overview page under "Your exhibitor passes".
The Exhibitor Ticket Portal will be available from March 2024.
Additional exhibitor passes can also be generated in the Ticket Service for Exhibitors. After the event, you will only be billed for the exhibitor passes that exceed the free contingent and were actually redeemed (scanned on-site at the entrance).
Note: Only exhibitor passes authorize you to enter the exhibition hall before the exhibition opens at 7 a.m. and to remain on the premises after the exhibition closes.
Exhibitor passes for the PCIM Europe
If you are also exhibiting at the PCIM Europe, you will need a separate exhibitor pass for access before the exhibition opens. Otherwise, you will only have access to the halls from 9 a.m.
